Aviora Collection
Privacy Policy
Aviora Collection is a refined cabinet for what you gather — catalogued pieces, provenance notes, and quiet curation on your iPhone. This page states what we may access, what remains in your private gallery, and what we never auction to third parties.

- Curate without membership Archive items and tags on your device — no email or account required.
- Your catalog stays sealed Acquisition notes and piece labels are not listed for ad targeting.
- No collection brokerage We do not sell, rent, or trade your archive patterns to data resellers.
Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the Aviora Collection mobile app on the Apple App Store and to read-only content served from this website’s API. It is written for users and visitors reading this page.
Information
Aviora Collection does not require your legal name, email, phone, mailing address, government ID, or payment card for core catalog tools.
Piece titles, collection tags, provenance lines, and notes you add remain for your in-app experience. We do not repurpose them for targeted advertising or resale.
Remote Templates
When the app loads shared wording — welcome screens, sample catalogs, or placeholder labels — it may fetch public JSON from this domain. That material is generic curatorial text, not your private archive.
Photos
If you attach piece images, Aviora Collection may request camera or photo library access only when you choose to import. Contacts, microphone, and location stay unused unless a future feature clearly needs them and this policy is updated.
Device
Standard iOS storage and networking support optional templates and updates. Diagnostics you voluntarily share with Apple follow Apple’s privacy terms.
Hosting
Infrastructure partners operate this policy page and API endpoints. They retain traffic logs needed to run servers under their own practices.
Optional analytics or support tools, if added later, will be named here with collection limited to their role.
Minors
Aviora Collection is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. Contact App Store support if a child submitted information and we will help with removal where possible.
Retention & Security
Entries you keep in Aviora Collection remain under your control on your device. Remove pieces in-app or delete the application to clear local storage.
We apply reasonable safeguards to hosted assets. No service is perfectly secure — treat acquisition notes like a locked provenance ledger.
Your Choices
Leave Aviora Collection whenever you choose. Revoke photo or network access in iOS Settings for a tighter offline cabinet where supported.
Updates
We may revise this policy as Aviora Collection evolves. The date above marks substantive changes. Continued use after an update accepts the new terms where law permits.
Contact
Privacy questions about Aviora Collection may be sent through the App Store support channel or the developer contact on the product page.
